Fun and friendly is how people describe a visit to Melbourne Orthodontics Group (MOG), so they wanted their site to communicate this with a cartoon, kid-friendly style. Originally the site was built in Flash and had a lot of outdated coding, so we migrated everything into the WordPress framework to give it better search engine optimization, make it easy to maintain and edit, and update to modern standards. The mascot was kept in Flash to give visitors a little fun animation to interact with (click on him to see what happens).

The main navigation menu is a street sign, dynamically updated whenever pages are added or changed. The background features a cartoon representation of Melbourne’s recognizable landmarks as a skyline. MOG uses aggressive marketing and landing pages to bring visitors to the site and generate leads, so various landing page templates were also created as needed.
