Everybody’s doing it. Daily link blog posts. Best of Twitter link lists. The ultimate roundup of top (fill in the blank) links and resources ever since the internet was created. (Well, actually that last one would be called Google.) So I figure why not join in the fun?
Of course, if you’ve been following my blog (for the few hours it’s been in existence) or know me at all, you know that I am not one to simply take my number and join the masses. I have to believe that there is a valid NEED, a viable REASON to write beyond just trying to keep new content coming. So since I receive so much positive feedback for the countless links and resources I provide via Twitter, I thought this would be a good, alternative way to share my favorites of this week’s tweets.
Sure, you could just follow me on Twitter, or subscribe to my Twitter RSS feed to gather all the links, but that could end up being a lot more work and information to sort through. Instead, each week I will share with you the links that I personally have found most valuable or interesting out of the literally hundreds that I share each day. I think this will also give you insight into who I am and what interests me, which obviously may or may not be of interest to you.
So these are NOT what I consider the TOP links of the week, or the BEST resources from Twitter, or the ULTIMATE of anything. These are just items that I found of use or significance personally and professionally in my daily wanderings. Hopefully they will be helpful or of interest to you too.
The Urban Dictionary defines the term Mack Daddy in several ways. I personally prefer the first definition, which is simply “Ultra pimp”.
